FAQs

  • Our program is suitable for individuals who meet specific health criteria, including a BMI within the eligible range and no contraindications to the prescribed treatments. A consultation with a GP will determine eligibility.

  • Blood tests are an essential part of the weight management program. They help monitor your overall health, and ensure that your treatment is safe and effective. Regular testing allows us to detect any potential side effects early and make necessary adjustments to your care plan.

  • Blood test results are typically available within 24 hours. Once reviewed by the GP, you will be informed about your next steps.

  • Prescriptions will be issued via Signature Rx following each review. You can collect your medication from any pharmacy or have it delivered directly to your preferred address.

  • If you experience any side effects, please contact our clinic immediately. Your GP will assess your condition and adjust your treatment plan as necessary.

  • The weight management pathway is designed for a maximum duration of two years. After this period, your GP will discuss alternative long-term strategies for maintaining your results.
