Travel Vaccinations

All vaccinations are administered by our highly trained nurses who will be able to advise you on which vaccines you require during your travel consultation.

NaTHNaC – Travel Health Pro can also be used as a handy research tool.

Make sure you leave plenty of time before travelling to arrange your vaccinations. You may need more than one dose with interval periods of several months.

  • £60 per consultation.
  • Travel consultations can be face to face or remote.
  • Complete the Travel Consultation Form prior to your appointment, then discuss with our trained nurse your vaccination needs. A vaccination schedule will be created for you and all relevant appointments booked in.
  • £45 per consultation.
  • Travel consultations can be face to face or remote.
  • Complete the Travel Consultation Form prior to your appointment, then discuss with our trained nurse your vaccination needs. A vaccination schedule will be created for you and all relevant appointments booked in.
  • £20 per additional family member, for groups of +4.
  • Travel consultations can be face to face or remote.

  • Each vaccination appointment incurs a £35 injection fee.
  • For those who wish for their vaccinations to be performed by a doctor, the injection fee will be charged at the relevant GP consultation rate.

  • Course: 1 dose
  • Boosters:  The vaccine protects you for one year. If you have another booster after 6 -12 months, you won’t need any further boosters for 25 years.
  • Price: £42 per dose
  • Course: 1 dose
  • Boosters: The typhoid vaccine protects you for three years. After that, you will need a booster if you travel to a risk area.
  • Price: £75 per dose
  • Course: 3 or 4 doses, dependent on age
  • Boosters: Once you have completed the full course you will be protected against Hep A for 25 years and against Hep B for 5 years. If you remain at risk of either disease after your protection runs out you may need a booster.

  • Boosters: Once you have completed the course, you usually won’t need another booster for five years. Boosters are sometimes recommended after exposure to the disease.

  • Boosters: The vaccine protects you for at least 12 months, so you need a booster 12-24 months later to remain protected after one year.

  • Course: 3 doses
  • Boosters: Once you have completed the three dose course, you are protected for three years. You need a booster to remain protected once the three years are up.

  • Boosters: The rabies vaccine protects you for 10 years.

  • Boosters: The yellow fever vaccine lasts a lifetime. Most people won’t need any boosters for future travel.

  • Certificate requirements: Some countries require a yellow fever certificate. Your certificate becomes valid 10 days after you have had the jab.
